What we collect
If you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, an optional organisation name, the options you choose in the form, and the message you write. We don't use tracking or advertising profiles on this site.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation if you want us to. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Please don't send sensitive detail
Our enquiry form is not the right place for detailed medical or diagnostic information. If a conversation needs that level of detail, we'll agree a suitable and secure way to have it.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our own systems and emailed to our team mailbox so we can reply. Access is limited to the people at AbilityBridge who need it in order to respond.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as they're useful to the conversation, and then remove them. If you'd like your enquiry deleted sooner, just ask and we'll do it.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@myworkbuddy.org and we'll deal with it.
