The organisational supported-employment platform.

AbilityBridge OS is the organisational supported-employment platform for the people coordinating employment support — providers, job coaches, tutors, employer teams, programme leads, directors and administrators.

One ecosystem

One ecosystem.
Two distinct products.

AbilityBridge OS supports the people coordinating employment support. My Work Buddy supports the person doing the job.

AbilityBridge OS is used by organisations. It holds programme coordination, staff dashboards, working-day oversight, visual task-guide creation and assignment, curriculum planning, employer workflows, safeguarding administration and programme reporting.

My Work Buddy is a separate, individual-facing workplace assistive app for autistic and neurodivergent young adults at work. It can be used independently of AbilityBridge OS, and it is designed for and used by the individual — not as an administrative screen inside an organisational platform.

AbilityBridge OS · The organisational supported-employment platform

Five pillars,
one programme.

AbilityBridge OS brings the people, working day, learning, workplace support and programme oversight of supported employment together in one platform. Each part is designed to reduce unnecessary friction for the professionals coordinating support: fewer things to remember, clearer next steps, more visible support and better evidence of the progress happening every day.

01

Working-day oversight

Coach + programme lead

Attendance, check-in status, breaks, support flags and end-of-day reflection across a cohort — so the team supporting someone can see how the working day actually went.

02

Visual task-guide creation

Coach + mentor

Coaches build process-specific visual task guides and assign them, mentors endorse them, and the library compounds with every cohort. Real workplace processes, in pictures.

03

Curriculum and weekly planning

Tutor + coach

Plan the classroom and the workplace as one programme. Maths, English and employability woven through the placement, not bolted on. Weekly themes, daily anchors, and the audit trail funders are looking for.

04

Dashboards for every role

Director + employer + coach

Job Coach, Mentor, Employer Programme Lead, Director — each with the data they actually need, nothing they don't. Attendance, support flags, employer conversations, progression at a glance.

05

Safeguarding administration

Designated Safeguarding Lead

Not an afterthought, not a separate system. Logged concerns with named designated leads, escalation routes, and an audit trail for inspection, SiQAF, and the moments that matter.

We'll show you AbilityBridge OS working against a real supported employment programme — including the decisions we've made, the things we've changed and the parts we're still improving.

If you're supporting autistic and neurodivergent young adults into real workplaces — through supported internships or another supported employment model — we'd love to show you what we've learned.

No sales theatre. No long presentation. Just the platform, the programme and the story behind it.
