Supported employment works because many people contribute to one young person's journey — interns, job coaches, tutors, mentors, employer leads and directors. Our pricing shouldn't discourage providers from giving those people access, so we don't charge per seat.

The plans below are for AbilityBridge OS, our organisational supported-employment platform. My Work Buddy, our individual-facing workplace assistive app, is arranged separately — enquire about My Work Buddy.

How we think about pricing.

Supported employment is publicly funded, often thinly. Every pound of platform cost is a pound that isn't going into job coach time or curriculum resource. That has shaped how we've set the numbers:

  • Per programme, not per seat. Charging per user discourages providers from giving access to the people who most need visibility — mentors, employer leads, directors.
  • No setup fees. Getting onto the platform shouldn't be the expensive bit. The work is in running a good programme.
  • Predictable annual cost. Cohorts plan a year ahead, so should your platform spend.

Frequently asked.

What if our cohort is larger than 12?

You're on the Provider plan. We don't bill mid-year for cohort growth — if you cross a band mid-year, we'll review at renewal, not on the day you add the intern.

Does the reporting layer cost extra?

No. SiQAF, EHCP, DWP and employer conversion reporting is included in Provider and Network plans when it releases. Pioneer customers receive it for the first 12 months at no extra cost.

Can we pilot before committing?

Yes. We run a 12-week pilot at half the Pioneer rate, with a full refund if you don't continue. We'd rather you walk away than carry a tool that isn't working.

What's included in support?

Real support from the team that built the product. You'll get answers from someone who has run a cohort, not a script-reading first-line agent. Same email goes to the founder if that's what it takes.

Where is our data stored?

UK-hosted on infrastructure compliant with UK GDPR. We can provide a Data Processing Agreement and DPIA documentation as part of procurement.

What happens if we leave?

Full data export in machine-readable format at any time, no lock-in clause, no exit fee. The data is yours, not ours.

My Work Buddy
Individual-facing product

My Work Buddy is arranged
separately from AbilityBridge OS.

My Work Buddy is our individual-facing workplace assistive app for autistic and neurodivergent young adults. It can be used independently of AbilityBridge OS, and it is not included in, or required by, the organisational plans above.

Because arrangements differ depending on the individual, their workplace and any support already in place, we discuss My Work Buddy directly rather than listing a price here. Where Access to Work is being explored, eligibility and awards are determined by DWP on an individual basis and funding is not guaranteed.
